I recently purchased A Pandigital 7″ White Novel.?

I  tried rooting it with this file (SD_PDN_5_02B_GE_PD_INX7E) from Mediafire.com and it went to a loading screen after I pushed the power button and the Up button for five second. The loading bar kept starting over after it loaded half-way and I pressed the reset button. Now it can’t get past the PDN blue loading screen. HELP!!!

Answer:

upgrading firmware is not an easy task. if the build is not for your device, you will get boot problem. You may ask the the manufactory to get stable firmware and try to load it .

Can I run Internet Explorer on Android Phone?

all anroid comes with internet browser, most of them could run applet, so you could chech your IP camera from your 4G phone, the only concern is the cost if your data plan is not unlimited. 
there are some IP camera apps in the market, which could give you other solutions.

I was reading my book in my my kindle. I went to turn it off and it doesn’t turn off. It just stays on the home scree. I can keep reading books and such, but it just won’t turn off. Please help!

kindle is a android device, android device is like PC, sometimes it is frozen. if your android tablet comes with a reset button, you won’t need to wait  the battery to die. try to find the reset button first.

Answer:

The reason is the CPU is not fast enough or the memory is not enough.Decoding the compressed video needs fast CPU and big memory.

Our android Pad 7 II comes with 1.5G CPU and 1G memory, you will never get this kind of problem with our tablet.

Tonight my kindle and husbands android based tablets have froze and won’t respond to shutdown. Suggestions?

We’ve reset wireless network to no avail. And now are just waiting for batteries to die. The kindle is frozen on a web page. The android is frozen on a dark pre load screen. Android is a Toshiba.

Gingerbread is a smartphone OS, designed for smartphone, there are tablets like galaxy which have gingerbread but those are like smartphones OS with bigger screen.Where as Honeycomb is designed for Tablets with multiple views and some good changes in native apps wich makes it ideal for Tablets

Few months down the line there will be icecream sandwich android 4.0 OS, which will be a merger or gingerbread and honeycomb

How to download android apps from my pc and transfer the apps to my android device later?

I’m planning to buy a WiFi only Honeycomb tablet(say xoom or acer a500). But I don’t have any wifi router now, though I’m planning to buy one later. So, for the moment, how can I download android apps from the android market and install it to my android device?
Answer:
you could download APK files from the internet. then copy the APK files to flash drive.
Connect the flash drive to your tablet, click the APK file, the system will install the apps.
